About us:-

We are a small family business based in Tauranga who have been involved in home rentals for a number of years. We specifically began marketing holiday houses after a friend who owned one approached us. Since that time we have simply grown by word of mouth, and therefore have prioritised maintaining good relationships and communication with house owners. We currently have ten houses we are managing, and this has enabled us to keep the business personal and efficient.

Unlike some of the larger tenancy companies, we also have a policy that allows owners to have family and friends there without any commission payable to us. You own it, you should have this right!

2005 - 2006  has been a good summer season with some houses having 95% occupancy from Christmas through to the end of March. Some clients have earned over $10,000 this year!

We would love the opportunity to discuss renting out your property and we will send you a simple proposal outling how we operate. However, here are the main points:-

    1. Small annual fee $70.00 .. this covers:-

     * taking pics of your house, and marketing on the internet,
     * handing booking enquiries
     * dealing with the prospective tenants.
     * constant communication and updates with you.

    2. All other fees come from the tenant as a commission of the rental.
